Client Acceptance Policy

1. Purpose
This policy establishes the key principles and procedural steps that Payda follows in assessing, onboarding, and approving clients. It reflects our dedication to conducting business in a responsible, ethical, and secure manner within the global payments landscape.

2. About Payda
Payda is a cutting-edge payment technology provider that enables merchants to manage transactions seamlessly. While we facilitate payment flows through integration, routing, and orchestration, we only process or settle transactions in regions where we hold proper regulatory authorization.

3. Scope
This policy applies to all prospective and active clients of Payda’s solutions, including:
• Payda Clients
• Payda Merchants
• Payda Developers
It governs every department and stakeholder involved in client onboarding and risk evaluation.

4. Eligibility Requirements
Payda works with reputable, licensed businesses operating in approved jurisdictions and sectors such as:
• E-Commerce
• Trading (Securities, FX/CFD, Derivatives)
• SaaS
• Travel & Hospitality
• Retail
Eligible clients must:
• Be a legally registered and verifiable business entity
• Hold valid regulatory licenses or registrations where applicable
• Maintain a transparent corporate structure with clearly identified ultimate beneficial owners
• Use Payda services in compliance with our policies and standards

5. Prohibited Activities & Restricted Sectors
Payda does not support businesses involved in illegal or high-risk activities, including:
• Unlicensed gambling or betting
• Arms or weapons trade
• Narcotics or controlled substances
• Human trafficking or exploitation
• Entities or individuals on UN, EU, OFAC, FATF, or similar sanctions lists
• Pyramid schemes, Ponzi models, deceptive marketing, malware, or cybercrime tools
Clients based in sanctioned or high-risk jurisdictions (including the United States) are also ineligible. Payda reserves the right to decline or terminate onboarding at its sole discretion.
